About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan
  • Accelerate customer adoption and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Recruit and build a team of Strategic Account Executives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of formal sales leadership experience
  • Significant enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and sell to C-level executives
  • Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics
  • Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience collaborating with SEs, BDRs, PMs, and Engineers
