About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan
- Accelerate customer adoption and build a robust sales pipeline
- Lead contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Recruit and build a team of Strategic Account Executives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of formal sales leadership experience
- Significant enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions
- Proven ability to close complex deals and sell to C-level executives
- Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics
- Experience with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of search infrastructure
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience collaborating with SEs, BDRs, PMs, and Engineers
