Regional Vice President

Responsibilities

• Direct dialysis operations within a defined region, providing leadership in customer service, quality patient care, marketing, and financial management
• Manage profit and loss (P&L) for facilities and dialysis programs to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators
• Implement company and divisional policies to maximize investment returns and increase productivity
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for direct reports, including Directors of Operations and Area Managers
• Oversee regional marketing plans and facility startups to support growth and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulatory requirements and reimbursement practices
• Manage Medical Director contracts and build strong relationships with physician practices
• Drive operational efficiency through standardization of systems, quality control, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with executive leadership on divisional initiatives, joint ventures, and merger and acquisition opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Advanced Degree preferred)
• 15+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in a senior management role (e.g., Vice President)
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments or large-scale operations
• Strong financial competence and experience with P&L management
• Proven track record of operational excellence and continuous quality improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with executives and major customers
