Regional Tumor Lead Marketing Oncology Skin

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between global and local teams to drive brand strategy and tactical planning for oncology skin treatments.
• Lead country insight collection and prioritization to inform global brand strategy.
• Develop regional tactical plans, including budget alignment and execution oversight.
• Facilitate regional tumor marketing meetings to drive execution against strategic plans.
• Review country brand plans and share insights to improve execution quality across markets.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders on content needs, adaptations, and co-creation.
• Drive regional launch planning and optimization to support excellence in individual countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• 10+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical brand marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in agency and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements across different countries.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% to support regional activities.

• Experience in oncology marketing.
• Proven track record with successful product launches.
