Regional Transport Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional transport structure focused on last-mile operations, ensuring delivery quality and customer experience.
• Ensure vehicles and drivers operate efficiently and in alignment with established operational procedures and safety principles.
• Work in synergy with Meli execution, Planning, and S&OP teams to ensure excellence in routines and projects.
• Build, supervise, and develop a solid team, fostering a positive work environment and effective communication across sites.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and operational capacity.
• Perform advanced data analysis related to distribution networks and last-mile logistics, using performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong skills in data analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with data integration and metric definition.
• Proven experience leading large or multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced ability to analyze operational data and interpret KPIs to guide decision-making.
• Availability to work in the Minas Gerais region, including site visits to various operations.
