FirstSteps is dedicated to providing evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to children diagnosed with autism and related learning differences. The team is committed to ongoing training and mentorship to support the next generation of clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and select candidates aligned with company mission
• Lead and facilitate New Instructor Trainings through in-person instruction and modeling
• Administer written and field-based training assessments to ensure clinical readiness
• Support team members in preparing for RBT certification and facilitate study groups
• Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical support during the first 90 days of employment
• Maintain active clinical engagement through direct services and coverage support

Requirements

• Active RBT or BCaBA credential
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing ABA intervention
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
