Regional Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and coordinate an effective operational training program within assigned regions
• Facilitate specific operational business training to support field operations
• Travel to evaluate the quality of field trainers and operational training
• Track, measure, and report monthly operational business training and compliance
• Co-facilitate Train the Trainer certifications and formal trainer selection interviews
• Deliver leadership training and learning solutions for ATM, CompuSafe, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and customer certifications (e.g., OSHA, TSA, AML)
• Conduct periodic audits, monthly branch visits, and safety/training meetings
• Evaluate and validate employee training files for core documentation and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, operations, or training in a related industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer or training manager, including curriculum development
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and ability to satisfy Department of Transportation requirements
• Valid firearms permit or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of training experience in the transportation or armored industry
• Experience working with computer software/systems or learning management systems
• Experience as a courier, guard, or in a cash processing environment
• Education in safety training (e.g., bloodborne pathogens, hazardous communication, forklift)
• Bachelor's degree
