About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and coordinate an effective operational training program within assigned regions
- Facilitate specific operational business training to support field operations
- Travel to evaluate the quality of field trainers and operational training
- Track, measure, and report monthly operational business training and compliance
- Co-facilitate Train the Trainer certifications and formal trainer selection interviews
- Deliver leadership training and learning solutions for ATM, CompuSafe, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and customer certifications (e.g., OSHA, TSA, AML)
- Conduct periodic audits, monthly branch visits, and safety/training meetings
- Evaluate and validate employee training files for core documentation and compliance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, operations, or training in a related industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a trainer or training manager, including curriculum development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Valid driver's license and ability to satisfy Department of Transportation requirements
- Valid firearms permit or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of training experience in the transportation or armored industry
- Experience working with computer software/systems or learning management systems
- Experience as a courier, guard, or in a cash processing environment
- Education in safety training (e.g., bloodborne pathogens, hazardous communication, forklift)
- Bachelor's degree
