Regional Trainer Fragrances

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in groups and one-on-one, focusing on fragrance expertise and brand storytelling.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to Beauty Advisors to master customer experience and elevate brand presence.
• Adapt global training content to resonate with the specific cultures and passenger profiles of the Nordic market.
• Collaborate with Retail Business Managers to evaluate performance, identify skill gaps, and support new talent onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in training and coaching with a track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong retail and business acumen, ideally with experience in the Travel Retail sector.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills to motivate diverse, international teams.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for luxury and prestige brands.
• High level of agility and autonomy to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
