Regional Trade Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional trade marketing strategies and budgets for the North/East India and international markets
• Translate brand plans into executable channel and customer plans to drive market penetration and sales growth
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to design and execute trade marketing activations
• Plan and execute regional promotional campaigns tailored to local market opportunities
• Enhance brand visibility through effective in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials
• Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, trade partners, and external agencies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities using ROI KPIs and performance data
• Manage the regional marketing budget to ensure cost-effective implementation of programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an equivalent field
• 5-7 years of sales, marketing, or field marketing experience
• Proven experience within the Beverage or CPG industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage competitive intelligence
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to travel 8-10 days per month within the assigned region
