Regional Technical Expert

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for operational anomalies
• Deliver targeted training to field personnel on specific technical topics and safety protocols
• Ensure the application of standard operating procedures for installation, modification, and commissioning
• Support the rollout of new products by providing first-level technical assistance and information dissemination
• Perform simple modifications to safety circuit diagrams
• Act as a technical liaison by reporting field issues with initial diagnostics and relaying safety information

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an elevator technician
• Strong, versatile technical knowledge of elevator products and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and training skills to support and animate technical teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate technical needs and issues
• Unwavering commitment to safety and professional ethics
