About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to a regional field sales team
  • Coach and develop team members through active field accompaniment (2–3 days per week)
  • Plan and manage revenue development to ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met
  • Actively acquire and manage key new client accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Deutsche Bank outbound teams to activate new customer potential
  • Drive the sale of the full POS portfolio, including terminals, cash register solutions, and SaaS products
  • Maintain and expand the partnership with Deutsche Bank for lead generation
  • Utilize Salesforce for reporting, presentations, and CRM management

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a field sales leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious, KPI-based sales targets
  • Fluent German and business-level English proficiency
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the payment industry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
