Regional Talent Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles
• Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivering high-quality shortlists
• Provide market insights, such as talent trends and compensation benchmarks, to inform hiring decisions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships through offers and negotiations
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS data integrity to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions
• Proven ability to source candidates independently and creatively beyond standard platforms like LinkedIn
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and share responsibility for results
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion
