Regional Talent Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a deep understanding of ExxonMobil’s business units and build strong relationships with senior leaders to identify critical hiring needs.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring process rigor and efficiency in attracting top-tier talent.
• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to ensure a polished and efficient experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Translate business strategy and objectives into high-value talent acquisition impact.

Requirements

• BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across various industries and functions (Oil & Gas experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools, recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, and analytics/reporting dashboards.
• Advanced fluency in English.
• Proven ability to source independently and creatively beyond standard platforms like LinkedIn.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
