Regional Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the regional administration team to deliver high-quality services aligned with organisational priorities
• Partner with regional leaders to provide high-level operational, administrative, and project support
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement in administrative processes, systems, and ways of working
• Coordinate collaboration between teams to enable effective program delivery and positive client outcomes
• Oversee reporting, data collection, and analysis to support informed decision-making and performance monitoring
• Support financial and workforce processes, including budgeting, recruitment, and workforce coordination
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, contractual requirements, and quality frameworks
• Build team capability through coaching, guidance, and performance development
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funders and partners

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative and operational support within complex environments
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve strong performance
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in reporting and data analysis to support continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and administrative systems
• Current valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Driver's Licence
