About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the regional administration team to deliver high-quality services aligned with organisational priorities
- Partner with regional leaders to provide high-level operational, administrative, and project support
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement in administrative processes, systems, and ways of working
- Coordinate collaboration between teams to enable effective program delivery and positive client outcomes
- Oversee reporting, data collection, and analysis to support informed decision-making and performance monitoring
- Support financial and workforce processes, including budgeting, recruitment, and workforce coordination
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, contractual requirements, and quality frameworks
- Build team capability through coaching, guidance, and performance development
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funders and partners
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative and operational support within complex environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve strong performance
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in reporting and data analysis to support continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and administrative systems
- Current valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Driver's Licence
