Regional Supervisor of Customer Billing

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a team of billing associates and analysts to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
• Manage accurate and timely invoicing for gas and electric retail counterparties within assigned markets.
• Oversee customer integration and implement best practices to improve customer satisfaction and communication.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Settlements, Risk, and IT departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and revenue review.
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and disputes while driving process improvement projects to completion.
• Monitor regional email requests and call center coverage to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 4 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 1 year of energy industry experience within a deregulated marketplace.
• Proven experience in system and process management.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet conflicting deadlines with high accuracy.
