Regional Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support Collection Technicians across the Midlands region
• Conduct planned and unannounced audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and Chain of Custody requirements
• Identify training needs and deliver necessary retraining
• Support recruitment, induction, and competency sign-off for new technicians
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate training and audit records
• Support operational requirements, including conducting collections and providing system training

Requirements

• Experience in field-based training and coaching
• Trained in urine and saliva collection processes (digital and paper-based)
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midlands
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
