Regional Strategy & Distribution Governance Lead

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational governance, management information, and process discipline across strategic partner and revenue-related activities.
• Prepare high-quality meeting packs, including analysis and insight, to support engagements between business representatives and strategic partners.
• Maintain operational control of governance standards, specifically focusing on Additional Broker Remuneration (ABR) arrangements.
• Develop and maintain prescribed processes, governance documentation, and version control.
• Support compliance with business and regulatory standards by monitoring adherence and escalating exceptions.
• Track account performance, including ROI reviews, interim performance tracking, and quarterly ABR accrual calculations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and various branches to ensure accurate inputs and outputs.
• Coordinate monthly Sales Team meetings by shaping agendas, preparing slide decks, and documenting key decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement within the S&D Central function by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience within commercial lines is preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to produce polished materials and analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
