Regional STI Nurse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise STI nursing staff
• Oversee the administration of the nursing program
• Implement new policies, procedures, and programs
• Train nurses on evidence-based interventions
• Conduct quality assurance and improvement of the nursing program
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and hazardous materials policies

Requirements

• Valid New York State Registered Nurse license
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited college
• Master's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
• Four years of recent experience in public health or hospital nursing
• At least 18 months of experience in an administrative, managerial, or supervisory capacity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public health nursing supervision
• Expertise in evidence-based interventions
