About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the spare parts catalog is accurate according to vehicle models and types to prevent incorrect supply.
- Conduct site visits to inventory locations for supervision and monthly physical counts.
- Train administrative teams on information reading, policies, and procedures for inventory and budget management.
- Participate in inventory counts for primary and secondary fleet across service centers and branches.
- Monitor and manage local spare parts purchase authorizations to optimize warehouse stock levels.
- Supervise regional inventory execution to ensure stock accuracy and prevent losses or future adjustments.
- Manage inventory rotation to prevent obsolete or lost parts and oversee transfers between zones or warehouses.
- Analyze MRP orders and consumption patterns to ensure fleet needs are met without excessive inventory days.
- Lead and manage warehouse personnel to ensure adherence to company processes and behaviors.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in fleet administration and/or spare parts warehouse management.
- Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Expertise in inventory control and knowledge of automotive parts.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and basic AI tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Availability to travel and work flexible schedules.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and remote personnel management skills.
