Regional Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute local, regional, and national componentry sourcing plans in collaboration with Category Managers and regional stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice and prepare country market analysis, including competitive dynamics and environmental, political, or legal threats and opportunities.
• Manage all regional procurement and sourcing activities for Global Components.
• Identify and engage suitable strategic and ethical vendors.
• Negotiate, execute, and implement commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in International Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
• CIPSA or a similar professional procurement qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in global strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement within a Multinational Enterprise (MNE).
• Experience working within a heavy engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop fact-based business cases and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, P2P, B2B, and SaaS programs such as Jaggaer.
