Regional Sourcer & Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage job requisitions, ensure quality and compliance of job ads, and publish postings internally and externally
• Perform active sourcing to reach passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and initial candidate screening for high-volume roles
• Handle assessment follow-ups, reference checks, and background verifications
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics for reporting and process improvement
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and key stakeholders to support the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in recruitment coordination or administrative roles with an understanding of end-to-end processes and GDPR compliance
• Proven active sourcing experience, including reaching and communicating with passive candidates
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter (search techniques, talent mapping, and outreach)
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module and/or SmartRecruiters
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively in an international, process-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional European language skills (e.g., German, French, Italian, or Swedish)
