Regional Site Security Lead

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive scale compute infrastructure for AI. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them with teams spanning hardware and software to accelerate the deployment of frontier AI models.

Responsibilities

• Own physical security operations across a Fluidstack region, including every site, shift, and incident response
• Lead the regional security team and contract guard forces to ensure high standards of discipline and execution
• Serve as the senior security presence for customer audits, site visits, and contractual obligations
• Standardize post orders, SOPs, access management, and incident response across the regional cluster
• Partner with site operations, facilities, construction, and vendors to integrate security into regional growth

Requirements

• Experience owning physical security across multiple sites or a region
• Proven track record leading security teams and contract guard forces
• Experience managing security commitments for enterprise customers through audits
• Ability to standardize SOPs and post orders across multiple facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hyperscale or data center security
• Experience with guard force vendor management at scale
• Fluency in physical security systems such as ACS and VMS
• Experience in multi-site or regional leadership roles
