Regional SHEQ Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality activities in contracts and work centers
• Provide field support to technical personnel to ensure SHEQ standard compliance
• Conduct inspections, pre-operational talks, site risk analyses, and high-risk work permits
• Manage client work permits, energy lockouts, inductions, and operational reports
• Plan and monitor SHEQ management programs aligned with Integrated Management System objectives
• Monitor SHEQ indicators and propose corrective or preventive actions
• Support internal and external audits and manage findings closure
• Report incidents, accidents, and environmental impacts, participating in investigations
• Coordinate training, medical exams, and SGI meetings
• Maintain updated documentation and records for the Integrated Management System

Requirements

• Professional degree or technician in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or related fields
• Valid Occupational Health and Safety license
• Completion of the 50-hour virtual training course per Decree 1072 of 2015
• 2 to 3 years of experience in SHEQ roles, preferably in mining, excavation, or infrastructure
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel to work centers and client operations
• Basic English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 120-hour Safe Work at Heights Coordinator or Trainer certification
• Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and incident investigation
