About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of dealer and customer-focused service processes, specifically Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPI).
- Conduct data-driven market assessments to determine readiness and prioritize dealer implementation.
- Define dealer engagement strategies in partnership with field leadership to ensure operational and behavioral change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in field operations, parts, and training to remove systemic barriers.
- Deliver training, coaching, and support materials to internal teams and dealer personnel.
- Design and iterate on process improvements, tools, and workflows to enhance scalability and performance.
- Document best practices and share performance stories to advocate for consistent process execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair, mechanical operations, and fixed operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (including day and overnight travel).
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual, minimally supervised environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dealer contact roles such as DTSM, FOM, DOM, or FSM.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and parts/service field functions.
- Experience working in a dealership, regional office, headquarters, or manufacturing environment.
