Regional Service Parts Leader (GRC)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Service Parts Fulfillment team in Greater China, overseeing order management, parts planning, and logistics.
• Drive customer experience and service parts performance across the region.
• Align regional service strategies with global supply chain requirements to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage a regional team covering local distribution centers, forward stocking locations, and customer-facing logistics.
• Oversee reverse logistics between customers, field engineers, and regional warehouses.
• Optimize regional fulfillment processes and serve as the regional escalation point.
• Monitor and manage the Regional Business Balance Scorecard, including fill-rate, operating costs, inventory, quality, and sustainability KPIs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of meaningful supply chain experience within a large, global company setting.
• Relevant Master's degree.
• Proven track record of people management in a supply chain role.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and continuous improvement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management.
• Experience working effectively in cross-cultural environments.
• A customer-obsessed mindset and a collaborative management style.
