Regional Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage regional service-related activities and communicate daily with team members regarding requirements.
• Monitor and coordinate service calls with Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Service Partners (SP).
• Coordinate with logistics and back-office teams for spare part movement and fulfilling technical requirements.
• Handle contract and payment follow-ups with customers and service partners.
• Conduct customer visits within the region to address queries and negotiate contracts or spare parts.
• Support the sales team by arranging site inspections, pre-sale discussions, and project work.
• Oversee FSE expenses, attendance, and compliance with safety gear protocols through field visits.
• Review monthly performance parameters including contract penetration, PM completion, and customer feedback.
• Maintain compliance with all quality requirements and build quality into all aspects of service delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate with a relevant technical background.
• Diploma or Degree in an engineering stream.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience working with medical equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and influence people.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
