About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure process adoption across assigned dealerships
- Implement end-to-end service excellence processes and conduct surprise process checks
- Deliver coaching and training to dealership teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service experience and dealer efficiency
- Travel to assigned dealerships to track progress and coach teams
- Support digital adoption and ensure accurate data entry in the DMS
- Create and present operational and performance reports
- Conduct periodic process audits across service and parts departments
- Perform root-cause analysis using PDCA methodology and recommend corrective actions
- Drive and monitor KAIZEN activities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive service operations or dealership management
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Macros, and Power BI
- Strong analytical and process-oriented skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to field locations
- Strong communication and networking skills
