About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure process adoption across assigned dealerships
- Implement end-to-end service excellence processes and conduct surprise process checks
- Deliver coaching and training to dealership teams to enhance service experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve dealer operational efficiency
- Support digital adoption and ensure accurate data entry in the dealership management system (DMS)
- Conduct periodic process audits across service and parts departments
- Perform root-cause analysis using PDCA methodology and recommend corrective actions
- Drive and monitor KAIZEN activities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in service process coordination or dealership operations
- Ability to travel to assigned dealerships for coaching and auditing
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS)
- Knowledge of PDCA methodology and continuous improvement techniques like KAIZEN
