About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by achieving KPIs through service excellence processes
- Drive end-to-end service excellence adherence across all service touchpoints in assigned regions
- Travel to dealerships to coach teams on defined service processes and track progress
- Support digital adoption and ensure accurate data entry in dealership management systems (DMS)
- Coordinate with Service HQ and Regional teams to align operations with transformation initiatives
- Create and present operational and performance reports
- Conduct periodic process audits across service and parts departments
- Provide orientation and refresher training to dealership teams
- Perform root-cause analysis using PDCA methodology and recommend corrective actions
- Drive and monitor KAIZEN activities for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive service operations or dealership management
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Macros, and Power BI
- Willingness to travel frequently to field locations
- Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills
