About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive implementation and adoption of service excellence programs across assigned dealerships
- Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving KPIs through standardized service processes
- Travel to dealerships to coach teams and track progress on service excellence
- Support digital adoption and ensure accurate data entry in Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Conduct periodic process audits across service and parts departments
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions using PDCA methodology
- Provide orientation and refresher training to dealership teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in Automotive Service Operations or Dealer Service Management
- Experience in the commercial vehicle industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Skills in Data Analysis and PDCA methodology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI
