Regional Service Back Office Support

Responsibilities

• Provide management back-office support to Service Area Managers to oversee internal processes and plant operations.
• Supervise internal workflows and processes to ensure adherence to deadlines and timelines.
• Plan activities and manage logistics in collaboration with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics departments.
• Verify inventory execution, deposit account values, and material returns.
• Manage the flow of field analyses (oil, water, biogas, etc.), including ordering sampling kits and monitoring sampling processes.
• Interface with Technicians, Service Area Managers, and customers to resolve process inefficiencies and manage bureaucratic procedures.
• Control and supervise internal invoicing.

Requirements

• Scientific, accounting, or similar diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar back-office or management support roles.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relational skills.
• High level of accuracy, order, and precision in administrative tasks.
