Regional Security Pastor

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for safety and security operations within the assigned region
• Lead and oversee on-site security operations during weekend services and special events
• Recruit, lead, coach, and pastor Safety & Security Volunteers
• Lead response to medical emergencies, behavioral disruptions, and critical incidents
• Oversee effective use of security technology including surveillance, radios, and access control
• Partner with Campus Pastors and Operations Directors to integrate safety into campus life

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams and managing operations
• Significant experience in law enforcement, military service, or professional security operations preferred
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Minimum age of 21
• Firearms training and qualification required or maintained per policy
• Physically able to perform active security duties including standing, walking, and lifting
• Proficiency with security systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, Ministry, or a related field
