Regional Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute Regional Strategy by facilitating the delivery of physical security programs and implementing process improvements
• Manage daily security health for a portfolio of sites including corporate offices and industrial vehicle depots
• Oversee regional security budgets and manage performance for contracted guard forces to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
• Partner cross-functionally with Security Investigations, HR, and Legal to solve workplace issues
• Lead site security events and emergency responses as the primary regional coordinator
• Support the Physical Security Investigations program and serve as the point of contact for law enforcement in the EMEA region

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive security experience in a corporate or large organization environment
• 3+ years of experience managing a security portfolio with multiple site types
• Demonstrated experience leading onsite security incident response and emergency coordination
• Experience managing regional-scale vendor contracts and guard force performance metrics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex investigations within a corporate or law enforcement environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a security-related field
• Experience managing security for fleet vehicle depots, logistics hubs, or e-commerce fulfillment centers
• Familiarity with physical security technology systems including Access Control and Video Management Systems
• 5+ years of conducting complex investigations in law enforcement and corporate settings
