Regional Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the level of compliance and security for establishments within the assigned perimeter
• Draft and update security and safety procedures
• Organize site security in coordination with law enforcement and emergency services
• Conduct security audits and prepare for safety commissions
• Control the compliance of installations and propose necessary evolutions
• Study needs and define equipment or works to be implemented
• Manage service providers and follow works through to completion
• Advise and support establishments in the use of security devices
• Coordinate information and training for employees during openings or remodelings

Requirements

• SSIAP 3 diploma or CT INSSI certification required
• At least 5 years of confirmed experience in fire safety and security in a multi-site environment
• Mastery of regulations applicable to ERP (Establishments Receiving the Public)
• Knowledge of Labor Code, APSAD, and ICPE standards
• Strong technical culture for managing security projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to travel regularly (average 1 to 2 overnight stays per week)

• CT CERIC certification
