Regional Security & HSE Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for comprehensive PSHSE programs, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across the MEIAT region.
• Oversee critical areas including vendor management for security technology, emergency response, and crisis management.
• Drive innovation and leverage data analytics to proactively monitor regulatory requirements and ensure organizational readiness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans covering fire, crime, terrorism, natural disasters, and severe weather.
• Lead and develop robust plans for physical security, HSE operational measures, and crisis management.
• Act as a member of the regional ExCo, reporting directly to the MEIAT CEO.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in physical security, HSE, or combined PSHSE roles within a complex, multinational organization.
• Proven track record of operating across the MEIAT region with an understanding of local regulatory environments and risk landscapes.
• Expertise in crisis and incident management, including planning, training, and real-time coordination.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational delivery capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Professional qualifications such as CPP, CSyP, NEBOSH, or ISO 45001.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, consumer goods, or high-value brand protection environments.
