Regional SAP SD Specialist

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for SAP SD processes by working closely with stakeholders.
• Configure SAP SD modules, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, and billing, ensuring integration with MM, FI, and EDI.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain detailed project documentation, such as configuration guides, test scripts, and issue logs.
• Support project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies and report progress to management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and implement continuous improvements based on SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems operations.
• Expertise in managing enterprise applications such as ERP, EDI, and manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with Brazil or Mexico legal requirements and SAP Localization modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks.
• Proven track record in managing application support and operations at a global level.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles within the context of enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• SD SAP Academy certification or a related professional certification.
