Regional Sales Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with the H&B NA Region Leader to support regional growth and client retention through pipeline management and data insights
• Support account planning activities, clients at risk processes, and targeting/segmentation analysis
• Provide direct support to regional sellers by troubleshooting tools, assisting with client onboarding, and maintaining CRM data hygiene
• Drive adoption of sales operations tools and processes within the region
• Collaborate with lead generation colleagues to resolve data and process issues
• Incorporate AI and automation into everyday workflows to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate sales operations processes across regions to ensure consistency and share best practices

Requirements

• Experience supporting Sales Operations, Business Development, account teams, or similar commercial functions
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, including pipeline hygiene and data quality practices
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with the ability to communicate performance insights
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 USD
