Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction by working closely with all internal functional teams
• Support independent rep agencies through sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers
• Create and execute sales forecasts and budgets while providing input for product planning
• Provide market intelligence regarding pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends
• Manage prospecting, new account setup, and customer order processing using ERP systems
• Represent ZF at trade shows and industry functions
• Travel 50-75% to meet customer needs and represent company interests
• Assist in competitor product changeovers and provide departmental backup as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales
• Automotive or mechanical aptitude and expertise is highly helpful
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
