About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive territory equipment sales activities within the Municipal Water & Wastewater market
- Achieve sales growth and meet specific order and margin intake targets
- Identify and resolve complex issues associated with equipment start-ups
- Conduct field trials and product demonstrations at customer sites
- Develop accurate quotations and assist in defining pricing and margin analysis
- Facilitate key account management to ensure customers are informed of all available products and services
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to maximize success against the competitive landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product development projects within the territory
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in the Municipal Water/Wastewater market
- Proven experience in separation applications and/or capital equipment sales
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience
- Proficiency in sales process management and CRM tools
- Ability to travel 50-70% throughout the assigned territory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on customer orientation
