About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently advise and support customers including window and metal builders, component traders, wholesalers, and modular builders
- Manage territory development, market positioning, and competitor displacement
- Handle commercial and technical clarification of customer inquiries and close negotiations
- Optimize customer interfaces via ERP systems and specialized services
- Design and conduct product presentations and training sessions at customer sites
- Proactively develop regional network activities, associations, and cooperations
- Perform field service duties using a company vehicle
Requirements
- Completed technical and/or commercial training or degree
- Experience in technical product sales
- Knowledge of technical sun protection, window/facade construction, or construction project management is advantageous
- Strong customer and goal orientation
- Negotiation skills and ability to inspire customers
- High problem-solving competence and flexibility
- Ideally residing within the assigned territory
