Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently advise and support project customers such as metal and facade builders, window builders, and general contractors regarding technical sun protection
• Manage territory through new customer acquisition and existing customer maintenance to build long-term relationships
• Provide case-by-case consultation to architects and planners
• Handle commercial and technical clarification of customer inquiries and close negotiations
• Create product presentations and conduct training sessions directly at customer sites
• Participate in sales events
• Work from home and perform field service duties using a modern company vehicle

Requirements

• Successfully completed technical and/or commercial training or degree
• Experience in selling technical products
• Knowledge of technical sun protection, window/facade construction, or construction project management is advantageous
• Strong customer and goal orientation
• Negotiation skills and ability to inspire customers
• High problem-solving competence and flexibility
• Ideally residing within the assigned territory
