About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application, and service teams
  • Achieve bookings targets for products and services while increasing market share and margins
  • Win all major strategic design-ins and improve productivity across the customer team
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class team of sales professionals
  • Establish and maintain personal relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites and subcontractors
  • Provide strategic input regarding resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, and engineering roadmaps

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the semiconductor equipment or semiconductor-related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and market share targets
  • Extensive experience in building and managing major sales accounts, specifically in semiconductor capital equipment
  • Over 5 years of experience in leadership and management with the ability to motivate and empower teams
  • Willingness to travel domestically at a rate of over 50%
  • Strong English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
