Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit targets through active sales of Milwaukee products to existing retail partners
• Advise and train customers on product assortments and drive system sales through cross-selling and upselling
• Onboard new Milwaukee specialist retail partners in coordination with regional sales management
• Independently plan customer appointments and visit routes to ensure regular frequency and substantial sales discussions
• Plan and participate in on-site sell-out activities and promotional events
• Manage inventory for central sales campaigns and develop individual promotions with customers
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system, including appointment logs, data maintenance, and visit reports

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Proven experience in field sales of technical products
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• German language skills at C2 level
• English language skills at B1 level or higher
• Valid Class B driving license
• Ability to work in the field (typically 4 days per week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of SAP or Qlikview
• Possession of a Class BE driving license
