Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the assigned territory
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and procurement departments
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
• Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting
• Manage regional budgets, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, dental, or a relevant field
• 10-15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in a multinational business environment
• Experience in medical device factories
• Strong knowledge of medical device sales cycles and hospital procurement processes
• Proven ability to manage distribution networks and direct sales channels
• Financial acumen including budgeting, margin management, and forecasting
• CRM proficiency and data-driven decision-making capability
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and tendering systems

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other relevant high graduate qualifications
• Experience in interventional, vascular, or urology medical devices
• Familiarity with international markets and export operations
• Experience managing multi-country territories
