About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
- Drive IT solutions sales within private schools in the region
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research to identify new potential customers and market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with new product launches and train sales team members
- Build collaborations, alliances, and referral programs with influential companies
- Build a strong network of key stakeholders in Government, Banking, E-commerce, and Educational sectors
Requirements
- Experience in sales management and leadership
