Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead sales team members to achieve overall sales targets
• Drive IT solutions sales in private schools within the region
• Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers and partners
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare sales forecasts
• Identify new potential customers and market opportunities
• Build collaborations, alliances, and referral programs
• Develop a network of stakeholders in Government, Banking, E-commerce, and Educational sectors

Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in software solution selling
• Experience in E-Governance or IT solution sales preferred
• Proven track record in B2B sales
• Engineering or MBA degree
• Experience in creating and managing channel sales
• Experience working with Banks as channel partners preferred
• Experience managing high-performance sales teams
• Ability to set up processes and Standard Operating Procedures
• Strong communication, team management, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and one local language
