About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the business operations of designated gas stations to maximize revenue, margin, and profitability within a B2C retail environment.
- Ensure consistent application of MOL customer service and operational standards to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Execute regional strategies, identify growth potential, and propose improvements for product mix, services, and development directions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis to identify development opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize operational expenses (OPEX), manage inventory effectively, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Support, mentor, and develop partners and staff through regular feedback, training, and performance development programs.
- Coordinate necessary actions during fuel supply or operational emergencies in collaboration with central teams.
Requirements
- Higher or secondary education (degree in economics or a related field is an advantage).
- At least 5 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or corporate sales.
- Proven experience in team management, preferably across multiple locations.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Category B driver's license is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with digital dashboards such as PowerBI.
- A passion for the food, coffee, and retail sectors.
