About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of revenue and growth within your assigned region (North or South UK)
- Grow existing accounts and proactively open new ones through expertise and follow-up
- Engage in the field with architects, specifiers, distributors, and installers to ensure solutions are specified
- Manage the full sales cycle in collaboration with inside sales colleagues
- Build a structured pipeline, share market insights, and track performance metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial sectors (e.g., fencing, automation, or access control)
- Strong understanding of technical specifications, standards, and certifications
- Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships through trust and tenacity
- Self-driven and structured approach to managing a geographic territory
- Flexibility to cover either the North or South of the UK based on location
