About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of revenue and growth within your assigned region (North or South UK)
  • Grow existing accounts and proactively open new ones through expertise and follow-up
  • Engage in the field with architects, specifiers, distributors, and installers to ensure solutions are specified
  • Manage the full sales cycle in collaboration with inside sales colleagues
  • Build a structured pipeline, share market insights, and track performance metrics

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial sectors (e.g., fencing, automation, or access control)
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, standards, and certifications
  • Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships through trust and tenacity
  • Self-driven and structured approach to managing a geographic territory
  • Flexibility to cover either the North or South of the UK based on location
