About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Build and manage dealer/distributor networks and institutional client relationships
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with EPCs, OEMs, and solar integrators
  • Lead B2B and B2C initiatives for energy storage and inverter products
  • Conduct market analysis, pricing benchmarking, and competitor tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams for smooth execution
  • Manage a regional sales team and ensure KPI achievement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in energy storage, solar, or inverters
  • Strong network within the Karnataka energy ecosystem (dealers, EPCs, institutions)
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing teams
  • Engineering or business degree; MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi
