Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across the Southeast region including Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina
  • Expand presence with wholesalers, distributors, sub-distributors, DSD networks, and independent retailers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor leadership teams and key retail accounts
  • Evaluate distributor performance and implement plans to improve execution and coverage
  • Conduct regular market visits, ride-alongs, and account calls to support field execution
  • Analyze sales trends, SKU performance, and market data to develop territory growth strategies
  • Execute trade marketing programs, promotions, and merchandising initiatives
  • Manage regional budgets and investments to deliver measurable ROI

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in CPG, beverage, tobacco, supplements, or spirits
  • Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, DSD networks, and independent retail channels
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and expanding distribution within a multi-state territory
  • Strong understanding of territory management and sales planning
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in age-restricted or regulated product categories
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Experience launching products or expanding distribution into new markets
  • Prior responsibility for regional budgets, trade spending, or P&L management
  • Experience leading field teams, brokers, or independent sales organizations
